CATERING TERMS & CONDITIONS
ORDERING
Ordering
For all catering orders, we require a minimum of 5 days notice. If you are able to book well in advance, that is also appreciated.
Please advise us of any specific dietary requirements - we can cater for vegetarians, vegans and have many gluten-free options available.
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that may have traces of nuts.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Terms

A 50% non refundable deposit will be required when placing the order.

The balance of the order is to be paid in full prior to delivery/collection.

Payment can be made in store, direct deposit or by phone using a debit/credit card.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Cancelling
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel a catering order. Failure to do may result in the loss of your deposit and maybe even the full amount of the order. This is at the discretion of Spring Kitchen management.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery
We are currently delivering catering orders in the Tauranga CBD and surrounding areas as well as Mount Maunganui and Papamoa.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
Tauranga CBD and within 5km - $10
Tauranga Surrounding areas - $15
Mount Maunganui - $20
Papamoa - $25
COLLECTION OF ORDERS
Collections
At the time of making your catering order, we will confirm the day and time of your order and will make the arrangement then as to when you would like to collect your order. Collections will be from our cafe in Spring Street, Tauranga, unless otherwise arranged.
